Specially designed commercial buildings (to rent or buy)

• Commercial buildings and business centres have been developed for businesses all over the Province of Liège. They are available to buy or rent. Check out our list of relay buildings and business centres.

• Special buildings for top sectors
  • GIGA-Entreprises Espace 1 is a commercial building for businesses specialising in biotechnology and related activities. This characteristic building is located next to the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) on the university’s Sart Tilman campus. GIGA-Entreprises provides a modular design for spin-offs and start-ups. A flexible space consisting of eight offices, 14 laboratories and communal areas including a meeting room, kitchen, canteen, reception and car park.

• Espace Entreprises Spa-Francorchamps: A business centre on the Campus Automobile and right next to the motor racing circuit, where offices and workshops are available for rent. There are also communal facilities (meeting room, toilets, showers, infirmary, kitchenette, photocopier, alarm system, etc.). This building is intended for businesses in the automotive engineering and mobility sectors.
• Indian Welcome Office: A number of offices have been reserved in the SPI building in the centre of Liège on the initiative of AWEX to allow Indian businesses to set up shop in Wallonia. Here, they have access to advice, telecom facilities, databases, useful information and much more besides.

• LeVal Benoit can offer businesses the following: individual offices, business lofts, a space for co-working, communal facilities, etc. Le Val Benoît will be a place in which to live, work, learn and relax in the Province of Liège, in the heart of Europe, right next to the motorway, close to the future tram and 10 minutes’ walk from the high-speed train station!
